Why is terror primarily a Middle Eastern non quality?

For over a century in our modern times terrorism has been the number one threat to peace and stability in the Middle east. Some of course will blame the traditional whipping victim, Israel. Get rid of Israel and no more terrorism. This is a fantasy. The Turks, more recently the Iranians and various arab tribes and countries have been resorting to terror attacks on innocent civilians in the name of Allah or in a besotted belief that their cause is so righteous that they are prepared to die themselves and slaughter innocent others. My two novels, The End of Terror and now Terror Redux describe the causes and effects of terrorism, which now has migrated world wide.
